Lets begin!

1. Open up the supplies provided in PSP and colourise them to match the tube you are using.
Open a new image 550×550 and floodfill with white.
Arrange the supplies on this new canvas.

2. layers – New Raster Layer.
Floodfill with a colour from your tube.
Apply the mask you downloaded.
I added noise to mine and reduced the opacity slightly.

3. Add your tube and give it a drop shadow of choice.

4. Add your name in your favourite font!
I used a darker colour for mine.

5. Add the artist copyrights and your taggers mark and you’re done!

N.B. You could make this tag animated by changing the noise on the mask layer and finishing the tag off in animation shop!
