Lets begin!

1. Open up a new 500 x 500 image. Floodfill with white.

2. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer. Resize if necessary. Rename this layer tube.

3. Select a dark foreground and a light background using colours from your tube.

4. Use your preset rectangle shape to draw a rectangle round your tube.
Line width set at 5, create on vector checked.
Your rectangle may vary on the tube you have chosen. Convert to raster layer.

5. Using your magic wand, tolerance and feather set at 0 select the area inside your rectangle.

6. Go to Effects – Plugins – Tramages – Tow The Line – Control 0 – 80, Control 1 – 54, Control 2 – 48, Control 3 – 9.
Select none.

7. Duplicate your rectangle layer. Rename this rectangle.

8. On your original rectangle layer [layer 3] Go to Effects – Distortion effects – Wind – Right – 100.
Duplicate this layer. Then go to Image – Mirror.
Merge these two layers together. [Layers – Merge Down)] Rename this layer wind.

9. On your wind layer go to Effects – Plugins – Penta.com – Dot and Cross. Amount – 72, Cross Distance – 10, Cross Width – 2.

10. On your rectangle layer, add a drop shadow. I used V & H [-1] Opacity [50] Blur [5] Colour [Black]
I then repeated this drop shadow, but changed V & H to [1].

11. Add a drop shadow to your tube layer. I used V & H [0] Opacity [50] Blur [5] Colour [Black].

12. Click on your background layer [Layer 1]. Layers – New Raster layer.
Add brushes of your choice. You can add as many extra layers to achieve your desired result. Even lower the opacity if you like.

13. Add your embellishments.

14. Using your favourite font, add your name.
I added a gradient glow to mine and a drop shadow.

15. Resize the tag to your liking.

16. Add the artists copyright and your done!
