Lets begin!

1. Open supplies in PSP and colourise to match your tube.
Open a new canvas 600×600. Floodfill with white.
Copy and paste the paper I supplied.
Duplicate this layer.
On the bottom paper layer, apply WSL_Mask081.
On the top paper layer, apply WSL_Mask079.

2. Copy and paste the black frame as a new layer.
Using your rectangle tool, draw out a rectangle.

Layers – New Raster Layer.
Floodfill with a colour from your tube.
Layers – Arrange – Move Down.
Selections – Select None.

3. Copy and paste the brush layer as a new layer.
If you don’t want to use mine just add a new layer and use your own brushes.

4. Copy and paste the coloured frame as a new layer.
[it’s ok for it to be below the black frame for now!]
Effects – Toadies – What are you? both numbers set at 5.

5. Make your black frame the active layer.
Copy and paste the coloured frame as a new layer.
Duplicate this layer.
On the bottom layer Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur – 10.

6. Using your rectangle preset shape tool with the following settings:
Foreground – Black, Background – Null, Line Width – 1, Line Style – Dots
Draw out a rectangle that fits in the centre of your coloured rectangle.
Convert to Raster Layer.
Duplicate this layer.
On the bottom layer Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur – 1.
On the top layer apply a drop shadow of V & H [1] Opacity [45] Blur [4] Colour [Black].

7. Add your tube. Give it a drop shadow of choice.
I used V & H [2] Opacity [60] Blur [6] Colour [Black].

8. Add your ribbon bow. Place it on the left hand side of the frame.
Add your flower to the bottom right hand corner.
Duplicate the flower.
Image – Resize – 90% Bicubic [all layers unchecked] and place it at the top left hand corner of the frame.

9. Add your name in a font of choice.
I used Liorah and used a gradient glow.
Add the artists copyrights and your taggers mark and you’re done!

10. I added DSB Flux to the bottom mask layer to give it a bit of animation.

Thank you for trying out my tutorial.
