Lets begin!

1. Open a new canvas 600×600. Floodfill with white.
Choose two colours from one of your tubes.
The colours you choose will be the overall colours of your tag.

2. Using your circle preset shape tool, line width 10, foreground one of your colours, background null, draw out a circle roughly around 225×225.
Objects – Align – Center in canvas.
Convert to Raster Layer.
Preset shapes again and select the heart shape.
Same settings as your circle [line width 10, background null]
Mine was around 270×390.
Convert to Raster Layer.
Place it at the side of your circle.
Duplicate the heart layer. Image – Mirror.
You should now have something like this:

3. Merge your two heart layers.
Make your circle layer the active layer.
Using your magic wand click inside the circle.
Selections – Modify – Expand – 3.
Make your heart layer the active layer and hit the delete key on your keyboard.

8. Copy and paste your doodle of choice.
Place it at the top of your frame.
Add any other embellishments.

9. Using a fat/block font, write out your name in block capitals.

Then I added a medium gradient glow and a drop shadow.
I used Eye Candy 5 Impact – Perspective Shadow – Reflect In Front Short for the effect on this text.
