Lets begin!

1. Open a new image 550×550. Floodfill with white.

2. Choose 2 colours from your tube [a dark one and a lighter one].
Use the darker colour as your foreground, hide your background colour.
Using your rectangle preset shape, line width set at 8, draw a tall rectangle [see my tag for reference].
Convert to Raster Layer.
Duplicate it 2 times so you have 3 frames.
Arrange them next to each other.
At this stage I added noise to my rectangles.

3. Click inside one of your rectangles with your magic wand.
Selections – Modify – Expand – 3.
Copy and paste a scrap poaper of choice as a new layer.
Colourise to match your tube.
Do the same with the other 2 rectangles.

4. Hide your background layer and ‘merge Visible’ the rest of the layers.
I added a drop shadow at this stage of V & H [0] Opacity [45] Blur [4] Colour [Black].

5. Duplicate your rectangle layer.
On the bottom rectangle layer, Image – Rotate – Free Rotate 90.
Make sure ‘All Layers’ is unchecked and Rotate single layer around canvas is checked.

6. With your eraser brush or your selection tool [whichever you feel more comfortable with] delete parts of the top rectangle to make it look like it’s interwoven.
See below for reference.

7. Merge the 2 rectangle layers together and duplicate the merged layer.
On the bottom rectangle layer, Effects – Toadies – What Are You? [the default is usually 20, I kept mine at 20].
Reduce the opacity to your liking.
Effects – Tramages – Tow The Line [default settings].
Hide your background layer and merge Visible on the other layers.

8. Now it’s time to add your ribbons and buttons, or whichever elements you are using.
Give them a small drop shadow if you need to.

9. Add your tube and give it a drop shadow of choice.
Mine was V & H [2] Opacity [60] Blur [6] Colour [Black].
Add your name and give that a drop shadow also.

10. Resize your tag if you like them a bit smaller.
Add the artist copyrights and your taggers mark and you’re done!
