Copy and paste the glass I provided as a new layer.
Hide your background layer and merge visible the glass, frame and image layers.

Place it in the middle where the heart arches meet.
[see tag for reference]
Using your magic wand select the center of the eyelet.

I used the eraser brush to delete parts of it to make it look like it was hooked around the eyelet.

At this stage I hid my background and merged my layers.

6. Make your background layer active.

Floodfill with a colour from your tube.
Apply a mask of choice.
I applied 2 masks on 2 seperate layers.
I used Chelle’s masks 12 and 26.

7. Add any embellishments of choice.

8. Add your name and the artist copyrights and you’re done!

9. I added constellation to my finished tag to give the name a sparkly effect.
