Lets begin!
1. Open a new image 550 x 500 floodfill with white.
2. Copy and paste my circle as a new layer.
Colourise to match your tube.
3. Duplicate the circle layer and resize by 60% [all layers unchecked].
Place it somewhere behind the bigger circle so you can see it peeking out.
Duplicate this smaller circle and arrange where you think looks best.
Once happy with placement of circles, hide your white background layer and merge visible the circles.
4. Duplicate the circles layer.
On the bottom circles layer Effects – Redfield – Water Ripples.
Look for the ‘Alighting’ preset at the bottom.
5. Add your ribbons and bow to your top circle layer.
6. Add your tube. Give it a drop shadow of choice.
I used V & H [2] Opacity [60] Blur [6] Colour [Black].
7. Add your name. I used Glider Girls at size 36.
I then gave it a drop shadow of V & H [1] Opacity [40] Blur [4] Colour [Black].
8. Add the artist copyrights and your taggers mark and you’re finished.
