Lets begin!
1. Open new image 500 x 500. Floodfill with white.
Copy and paste one of the hearts provided as a new layer.
You can leave as is or resize. I resized by 90% bicubic [all layers unchecked].
2. With your magic wand select inside the heart.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer.
Selections – Invert. Hit delete on your keyboard. Selections – None.
I used the freehand lasso tool to get the bits I didn’t want showing and deleted them.
You could use your eraser if you prefer.
On your layer palette change the blend mode to screen. I then reduced the opacity to 50, but you can choose how you think will look best.
Hide the bottom white layer and merge visible the tube and heart layers.
3. Copy and paste one of the SWALK’s I provided.
Image – Rotate – Free rotate – Left – 15.
Drop this just below the heart layer.
4. Make youe bottom layer active.
Layers – New Raster Layer. Floodfill this with a colour from your tube. [I used black].
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image. Becky_Mask018, Source Luminence checked, Invert Mask Data unchecked.
Merge group. Image – Resize – 70%, all layers unchecked.
Make your bottom layer active again.
Layers – New Raster Layer. Floodfill with a different colour from your tube. I chose red.
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image. Becky_Mask018, Source Luminence checked, Invert Mask Data unchecked.
Merge group. Image – Resize – 75%, all layers unchecked.
I lowered the opacity of both layers to 50.
5. Add your tube. Resize if needed. Add a drop shadow.
Add your name in a font of choice. Resize the tag to your liking.
6. Add the artists copyrights and your done!
