My Supplies
These supplies were made by me, please do not pass them around.
Lets begin!
1. Open my supplies in PSP.
Open up a new canvas. Mine was 600 x 600.
Make your background colour #fce8e2, foreground null.
Using your circle preset shape, draw out a circle around 150 x 150.
Objects – Align – Center in canvas.
Convert to Raster Layer.
2. Draw out another circle around 50 x 50.
Convert to raster layer.
Place it at the side of the first circle you drew so it looks like an ear.
Once happy with the position: Layers – Arrange – Move down.
Duplicate this layer. Image – Mirror.
You should now have 2 ears!
Merge your 2 ear layers together.
3. Choose a colour for your petals.
I used #cb5b73.
With your bigger circle layer the active layer draw out 2 eyes with your brush tool.
4. Still on your bigger circle layer, Selections – All.
Selections – Float, Selections – Defloat.
Layer – New Raster Layer.
With your brush tool on the following settings:
Draw 2 dots on the cheeks.
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur – 15.
Selections – Select none.
5. Make the colour you chose for your flower the background colour and make the foreground null.
Click on your preset shape tool.
Look for a flower preset.
I used the one named ‘flower’, although this is up to you.
I’ve included one in the supplies for you to recolour if you don’t have one.
Draw out your flower.
Objects – Align – Center in canvas.
Convert to raster layer.
6. Still on your flower layer:

[Do not deselect until I say]
Layers – New Raster Layer.
Floodfill with the skin colour.
Activate your brush tool again and use the ‘petal’ colour.

Choose which coloured hair you’d like.
I chose the ‘blonde’ hair.
Copy and paste it as a new layer.
Place it at the top of the face.
Give it a drop shadow of choice.
9. Merge the hair to the face.
On the face layer Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow with the following settings:
Apply again, but change the H&V to -1.
10. On the ears layer apply the same drop shadow as above.
Merge the face and ears layers together.
11. Give your flower a slight drop shadow.
Copy and paste the stalk I made.
Give it a drop shadow of choice.
Add your bow. Colourise to suit your flower.
12. Layers – New Raster Layer.
Floodfill with #6a806a.
Apply Chelle’s mask.
Reduce the opacity to 70.
13. Copy and paste the words I supplied.
You don’t have to use them, if you do feel free to move them anywhere on your canvas!
Colourise to suit your tag.
14. Add your name and give it a drop shadow of choice.
I used the font Sawgina if you’d like to use the same one.
You’re done! No copyrights needed as you made the tag yourself, from scratch!
